These areas will be led by Nuno Marques and Ana Luísa Cabrita, respectively.  These services, already provided by Engexpor, will now be strengthen and extended.

These new areas are of growing importance to our clients and reinforce Engexpor’s position as a company focused on the future and attentive to market needs, but above all allows us to present more complete and specialized solutions to our clients and partners.

The Technical & Urban Advisory Services is focused on Technical Due Diligence services, Urban Planning and Feasibility Analysis, Strategic Consulting, Licensing Processes, activities of fundamental importance at the beginning of projects and in the development of business plans for property developers.

The Sustainability & Environmental Advisory Services area provides Sustainable Construction Certification services – LEED, BREEAM, WELL, Environmental Due Diligence, Environmental Impact Assessment, development of the Construction Environmental Management System, as well as Environmental Risk Analysis and Soil Contamination Analysis.
