In an interview with Diário Imobiliário , Miguel Alegria , President and CEO of Engexpor makes a positive assessment of the real estate market and the company’s activity in 2022, despite the challenges that the sector faced, such as the large increase in construction costs and excessively length of licensing.
For 2023, Miguel Alegria foresees another year with good levels of activity for the sector and for Engexpor, being, however, very dependent on the evolution of the international economic situation.
