This project will transform the area surrounding the current Jumbo hypermarket, located on Avenida Marginal. The Bayview development includes a residential component comprised of six buildings with a total of 150 apartments and a shopping mall that will include a new Jumbo hypermarket, to be built where the parking garage is currently located, with a food court on top, facing the sea.
The project – from the authors Fragmentos de Arquitectura and Next Architects – also includes construction of a public park beside Avenida Marginal, measuring approximately 7 thousand square metres.
