Inaugurated in 1993, the Coimbra Shopping is one of the first of a new generation of shopping centers in Portugal.
With two floors of stores, including a restaurant area with a central plaza, a Continent supermarket and a parking lot with capacity for 1,100 cars.
Located in Vale das Flores, the shopping center is part of a residential area and business district in Coimbra, also featuring schools, higher education institutes, a theater and a music conservatory. A well-established shopping destination, with excellent transport connections.
Project and works management, and coordination with the storeowners’ committee were the services provided during the construction of the shopping center.
