In Parque das Nações area, with views of the gardens designed by Gonçalo Ribeiro Telles and near the CUF Descobertas Hospital, the Martinhal Residences project will come to life, a mixture of hotel and luxury residences sharing the same building with a total of 150 units.
The Martinhal Residences of Parque das Nações is the most luxurious project undertaken to date by the Martinhal group in Portugal, a concept wherein residents of the exclusive apartments can use the hotel’s facilities, which may also include butler services and areas for children.
The tourism group specializing in family hotels set up shop in Portugal with the Martinhal Hotel in Sagres and now has another project in Lisbon, the Chiado, as well as hotels in Cascais and Quinta do Lago.
On land adjoining the Martinhal Residences, the group will build an office block to house the insurer Ageas’ HQ. The project and works management of both buildings shall be overseen by Engexpor.
