From the restoration of an old palace from the beginning of the 20th century, originally built as a holiday residence for the Cardinal Patriarch of Lisbon, the exclusive Avencas Ocean View Residences housing complex came to be.
With a project signed by João Tiago Aguiar Arquitectos, the undertaking includes the construction of a new building of contemporary architecture, connected to the rear of the palace.
The complex brings to Avenida Marginal, on the seafront, nine luxury apartments with high standards of quality and functionality, terraces with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, gardens and private parking.
At the top of the new building, the Penthouse Apartment has an imposing terrace with a private pool, and at ground level, the common areas are equipped with gardens, gym, and spa with a swimming pool.
Construction management was entrusted to Engexpor.
