Engexpor was entrusted with the project and construction management for the remodeling of Resort Ala Sol Premium, integrated into the Costa do Sauípe hotel complex, in Bahia.
The intervention focuses on the entire hotel, including 256 suites, two restaurants, an event hall with capacity for one thousand people, three swimming pools, and other social areas, in a total of 24,500 m² of built area.
With the renovation – which also includes the adaptation of technical areas and the creation of new kitchens – the hotel will adopt the classic Provençal style in its decoration.
Currently, in the pre-construction phase, the hotel is closed for the works which should be concluded within five months.
