In Marquês de Pombal and its surroundings, there are 3 buildings that are going to be refurbished for offices, providing top quality, modern spaces in the heart of Lisbon.
The Marquês de Pombal 14 and Camilo Castelo Branco 44 building will be fully refurbished, while the Barata Salgueiro 37 building is to undergo renovations in the common and leisure areas.
At Marquês de Pombal 14, the external façades will be entirely re-arranged, keeping the building’s original design. The interior, fully refurbised, will provide spaces with a modern, functional and comfortable layout. As well as office spaces, the 5,500 m² building with 7 floors also has two luxury shops on the ground floor.
The Camilo Castelo Branco 44 building has a 3,500 m² area with parking spaces and Barata Salgueiro 37 has a total area of 5,000 m², including 1,105 m² distributed over three floors, for refurbishment.
