The project and construction management of the new residential building that will be built in Dafundo, in Algés, is ensured by Engexpor.
Promoted by Nexity, the building has a total construction area of 12,000 m² and will accommodate 60 apartments, in addition to a two-story underground car park.
With an architectural project signed by Promontório, one of the most striking features of the project is the irregular height of the building – with a maximum of six floors – providing better integration in the surroundings, more views over the river, and better sun exposure.
The creation of a central square and abundant green spaces are other features that define the project.
