Engexpor was responsible for managing project and renovation works at Shopping Butantã, the first shopping centre owned by the Carrefour Group, named after the neighbourhood on which it is located, in west São Paulo. Modernisation works were carried for the main purpose of increasing comfort and attractiveness to visitors.
With this goal in mind, improvements were made to key areas and features, namely floors, entrances, leisure areas and the air conditioning system.
Boasting 160 shops and 2,000 parking spaces, Shopping Butantã receives over 800,000 visitors every month, who will now be able to enjoy a renewed, more pleasant environment.
