Rua D. Pedro V, in Porto, will be home to a new residential project with Avenue’s seal, which renews confidence in Engexpor to take over project and construction management.
The 5º Porto condominium, which will be born on the Invicta riverfront, between the city center and Foz, has an above-ground construction area of 18,800 m2, of which 5,700 m² will be for parking. It consists of 16 villas and 82 apartments, spread over eight floors, with typologies ranging from T1 to T4, betting on contemporary spaces, large terraces and balconies and common equipment for residents. Most apartments will have unobstructed views of the Douro River and several rooftops will have a private pool.
