Engexpor was charged with coordinating the MasterPlan of the Facim Maputo Waterfront project, planned for the Maputo Marginal, in Mozambique. The project will involve the erection of 7 towers ranging from 15 to 34 storeys, destined for housing, services, hotel units and a shopping mall, in a built area of 292,400 m² above ground, totaling a gross built area of 292,400 m² above ground.
