A project designed by Fabio Aurichio, Managing Partner of the L35 ACIA Arquitetura international group, the Jardim Pamplona Shopping Mall was planned and executed as a sustainable project, with efficient management and economic use of natural resources from the works phase. This building, with polymer concrete ventilated façade, is considered the most effective way to ensure insulation.
A modern construction, the shopping mall was inaugurated in 2017 and is the result of the expansion and rehabilitation of the Carrefour supermarket. Located just a short distance from Avenida Paulista, in the Jardins neighborhood – one of the wealthiest in São Paulo featuring Óscar Freire, the city’s most luxurious street, the shopping mall has a primelocation.
On the top floor – of 5 – a spacious terrace with 6 restaurants connects the green and the urban, opening out over the city with stunning views of the region.
A range of Brazilian and international brands, mainly fashion, is supplemented by a new style of Carrefour supermarket, characterized by its premium range and services, combined with a prime location in the shopping center.
Engexpor oversaw the project and works management, alongside the storeowners’ committee.
