Strategically located next to Avenida Rotary, the Embu das Artes Logistics Park is built on land spanning 340,800 m², offering companies a comprehensive infrastructure, with high technical levels and excellent standard finishes.
With a load capacity of 6 tonnes/m² and a 12-meter high ceiling, the logistical park has two industrial units as well as an operational support building, leisure area, garage for trucks and lorries, and a storage area for diesel and gas, stations for sewage treatment, metal-clad switchgear and generators.
This work represents our first venture into the Brazilian logistical sector, where we are active and plan to accompany the construction of new ventures.
