An industrial unit aimed for the production of auto-radios, was constructed in 1996 for Pioneer. It is situated in Seixal’s Parque Industrial and its project management and construction was undertaken by Engexpor.
Situated in an area of 28.065 m², the installations host a mixture of offices, warehouses, production areas and social areas with a total construction area of 10.000 m². Modern, functional and with excellent conditions of operability, the unit was likewise provided with the latest generation tools and technology.
The property is, nowadays, halted and occupied by a Portuguese company of the metal-mechanic transformation sector.
