The concept behind the shopping centre is based on a strong commitment to ensuring sustainability and environmental protection. Therefore, eco-friendly solutions have been implemented in order to manage waste generated at the site. The building also features three skylights that allow natural light in, resulting in increased energy efficiency. Moreover, internal lighting consists exclusively of LED lamps, which reduce energy consumption by approximately 60%.
