Arinos Solar Photovoltaic Complex

Engexpor has collaborated with Enel Green Power Brasil to expand renewable energy production in Brazil by managing the construction of the Arinos Solar Photovoltaic Complex, located in the state of Minas Gerais.

The complex covers a total area of 1,148 hectares and consists of more than 1 million solar panels installed on 8,954 photovoltaic structures, with an installed capacity of 611 MW.

To ensure efficiency and quality at all stages of the project, Engexpor mobilized a highly specialized team, playing a strategic role in managing and coordinating the following activities:

  • Review and optimization of the project to maximize efficiency and quality of execution;
  • Coordination and supervision of civil, electrical, electromechanical and commissioning activities;
  • Planning and monitoring the schedule with a focus on improving KPIs and operational efficiency;
  • Management of physical and financial measurements in collaboration with the EPCs;
  • Administrative support for the client;
  • Technical support to the EPCs to ensure quality and the smooth running of activities;
  • Strict quality control of materials, equipment and executive processes.
