It fell upon Engexpor to manage the infrastructure works of the Herdade do Pinheirinho Beach & Golf Resort venture, with a built area that extends for 210 hectares (120 for housing and tourism, and 90 for golf), integrated in a property of 800 hectares.
Planned for Melides, the project the infrastructures were made for included plans for the erection of two hotels, three tourist villages, four apart-hotels with 260 apartments and terrace houses, and 204 single-family houses.
