In Campo Pequeno, in Lisbon, close to Cidade Universitária and other Lisbon educational institutions, a new real estate development is coming together that combines a student residence and housing.
Promoted by TPG Real Estate and Round Hill Capital, the project comprises 97 residential apartments and a 390-bed student residence, to be built on a 29,620 m² building area. The development also includes common commercial spaces, as well as study and leisure areas in the student residence, which will be managed by Nido Student, the Round Hill Capital unit for this purpose in Europe.
Project and construction management has been entrusted to Engexpor, which is strengthening its activity in the student housing area, an expanding sector in the Portuguese market.
